JP 8190 Phase 1 is an Australian Defence Force (ADF) logistics modernisation program focused on replacing and upgrading the ADF’s deployable bulk fuel storage and distribution capability. World Fuel Services Australia was selected as the prime contractor and system integrator in March 2023 following a competitive tender process.
