AVCARD is accepted at more than 8,600 merchant locations in more than 190 countries. Participation allows your business to serve cardholders purchasing eligible services that can include fuel, catering, maintenance, and training.

You can select from four payment timing options ranging from two days to 28 business days. Applicable fees depend on the timing selected and ticket value. Settlement may be available in local currency or U.S. dollars through checks, transfers, drafts, or wire transfers. Regional AVCARD sales and service professionals are available to address programme and transaction questions.

Participating FBOs receive a 0% processing rate for World Fuel Contract fuel transactions with no additional costs. The World Fuel Contract Card also removes the need for fuel releases, making it easier for your team to complete eligible transactions.

Each Tuesday, participating locations and their prices are included in the electronic weekly price file sent to cardholders. World Fuel global sales and marketing teams also help participating locations reach flight department customers.
