One aviation planning experience from first draft to departure

Trip planning rarely stays in one place.

A route may begin in the office, evolve throughout the day, and continue on the flight deck. myWorld Flight Planning keeps crews, schedulers, and dispatchers connected to the same flight information across Online Flight Planning and the myWorld App for iPad.

When aviation flight planning additional support is needed, World Fuel flight planners can work from the same information already in place, helping reduce handoffs and keeping everyone aligned as the trip develops

Flight planning

Keep aviation planning information within reach

Move from route planning to execution with the information needed along the way on every platform.

Create calculated flight plans, review weather and routing information, visualize the route, and make adjustments as requirements change. Supported aviation planning tools help crews and dispatchers evaluate route options, operational requirements, and flight information from the same planning environment.

Route planning

Work through the route before execution

Evaluate the route and its operating requirements before the flight moves to execution.

Build calculated flight plans, visualize the route, review weather, and make adjustments as requirements change. Interactive maps and chart overlays help crews and dispatchers evaluate the plan, while supported calculations cover enroute time, fuel burn, ETOPS, and driftdown.

File and Go supports flight-plan creation and Air Traffic Control filing in supported regions. Optional aircraft-performance capabilities include runway analysis and weight and balance.

Operational visibility

Spot operational disruptions before they impact your plan

A workable route is only part of a workable trip.

Airport and country requirements, weather, permits, regulatory information, and other operating conditions can change what works in practice. myWorld Flight Planning brings that information closer to the flight-planning process so crews and dispatchers can evaluate more than the route itself.

Customised flight briefs and supported trip-management functions keep relevant information available as planning moves toward execution. The mobile experience also provides access to detailed permit information and Electronic Advance Passenger Information System capabilities.

This gives pilots, schedulers, and dispatchers more of the operational picture before changing requirements or operating conditions affect execution.

Scale aviation operations with support at every stage

When a trip needs more support, keep the planning work already completed in play.

Customers and World Fuel flight planners work from the same planning systems and data. When additional support is needed, our team can pick up the trip from the information already in place rather than recreating the planning picture from scratch. Permits, handling, catering, flight following, and other trip support services can be coordinated using the same operational foundation.

Getting started

Access role-based training resources for your next trip

Use task-specific training instead of working through one broad product overview.

Training resources cover the core myWorld Flight Planning workflow, from building and calculating routes through weather, filing, flight documents, and trip services. Additional training addresses more specific functions such as ETOPS, Equal Time Point calculations, runway analysis, weight and balance, permits, itinerary planning, fuel quoting, and airport search.

New users can learn the platform in practical steps, while experienced users can go directly to the function they need.
