World Fuel Rewards

Eligible World Fuel Contract Fuel, World Fuel | Universal Trip Support, AVCARD® by World Fuel, and participating-location purchases can earn points. Promotions and location-specific bonus offers may provide additional earning opportunities.Official program rules determine which purchases qualify.

Members progress through Blue, Silver, Diamond, and Diamond Elite based on qualifying point totals. Points multipliers range from 1x at Blue to 1.5x at Diamond Elite.

Available rewards include travel, merchandise, gift cards, Virtual Visa®, charitable donations, global events, media, and World Fuel invoice credits. Reward availability may change.

World Fuel Rewards Program points are valid for two (2) years from the date earned, after which they expire. Points cannot be transferred, purchased or sold and have no cash value.

Corporate accounts include a points-allocation feature that can assign points to registered World Fuel Rewards members using member IDs. The official program rules govern allocation procedures and any related restrictions.

When you visit one of our Participating Locations, you or a company can earn points on fuel, services, or as a simple bonus offer. Points will be awarded directly to your personal or corporate account and can be viewed on your member dashboard.

An activity statement showing point earnings, status and rewards redeemed will be available each month. You will receive a monthly email statement displaying activity and your status progress ticker.  

Splitting Points 

• Each “Corporate Account” membership will have a primary contact for the company’s points. By registering to be the primary contact, you are verifying that you are authorized to act on the company’s behalf regarding all aspects of the World Fuel Rewards Program, including approving “individual accounts” and assigning point allocations for your company points. 

• Points can be shared between the ““Corporate Account,” the “Primary Account” and unlimited “Individual Accounts” as long as allocations equal 100%. If points should remain and belong to the WFS “Corporate Account,” 100% of the point allocation should be granted to the WFS “Corporate Account.” 

• Allocation will default 100% of points to the “Corporate Account” and the primary contact acts as the administrator. Company-owned and earned points are often redeemed for invoice credits, charity or for gift cards to fund industry-related conventions & conferences or team building events. 

• Primary contacts can add or approve an unlimited number of “Individual Accounts” to share company earned points. The Primary contact must manually allocate to each member by an even split or custom split. Points are often shared among multiple members of a “corporate account” as recognition for service, incentives or to reflect the individual’s contribution. 

• An “Individual Account” needs to enroll as a member before they can be added to a “corporate account” and begin enjoying points awarded on World Fuel activity.
