Members earn $0.075 for every gallon purchased through the program. Cumulative group gallons also earn quarterly rebates for the MBA of Pierce County.

Members receive 75% of the rebate, while 25% is paid to the MBA of Pierce County. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or gallon limits on rebates. Any member of the master builders association members of any size can participate.

Track transaction details by vehicle and driver while consolidating fuel expenses into one report.

Each transaction can capture vehicle ID, driver ID, odometer reading, purchase time, date, location, product type, quantity, and tax details. Members can use this information to review fuel activity, calculate miles per gallon, and consolidate fuel expenses into one report instead of managing individual receipts.
